Dear Friends,

Next month, I’ll be speaking at Hive’s Global Leadership Conference, about thought leadership for women in social change. I’m excited to present my She Roars framework for thought leadership, but even more so, to hear from women about how they want to use their expertise and voices to change the world.

As I’m working on what I want to present, I keep thinking about the importance of influence and power. For a thought leader, influence and power are part of the trajectory. Yet, for many nonprofit leaders these two pursuits seem unattainable, given the lack of resources.  My challenge for you this month is to think about how you can expand your circle of influence, by sharing the work that you are doing.

If you need help, check out our We The People PR Program, or shoot us an email.

I’d love to hear from you. Let me know what steps you are committed to taking.

Regards,
